Project Description

KGM installed a complete cladding envelope on an industrial unit at the Stratton Business Park in Biggleswade.

The 25,000 sqft unit was covered using a Kingspan KS1000RW composite panel wall system, which although simple in construction, creates an impressive appearance through careful choice of colours.

In addition, KGM used a Kingspan KS1000RW composite panel roof system and Kingspan KS1000DLTR rooflight system to complete the exterior.

Stratton Business Park is a large mixed use site comprising industrial, distribution and office accommodation approximately two miles to the south east of Biggleswade.

KGM was working for fellow Lindum Group Division, Lindum Peterborough, which was working on behalf of Central Bedfordshire Council.

Lindum was selected to complete the project through the Pagabo construction framework when previous contractor Shaylor Construction unfortunately fell into administration.
