Project Description

This development built in partnership with Barrett Homes consisted of 16 executive apartment blocks as part of a new residential area on the outskirts of Leicester.

Corus Kalzip standing seam aluminium roofing was installed to all 16 units, with each roof achieving an overall U value of 0.16 W/m2 K.

Each unit was completed with the installation of Corus Fabrication architectural secret fix polyester powder coated aluminium fascias and soffits.
