KGM were appointed to carry out the roofing and cladding works on this hi-spec building to ensure the exterior was in line with the individual branding requirements of the client.

The Fatra flat roof was a relative straight forward construction which incorporated a mansafe safety line system and walkway to allow safe access to the roof for maintenance. The wall construction was slightly more complicated with KGM installing both Kingspan's AWP composite panel system and an aluminium rainscreen cladding system with feature fabrications.
