Project Description

This national high secure unit was built in partnership with Laing O'Rourke. This project enabled us to use our quality suppliers ensuring our materials met with all the test requirements of the Home Office standards.

The 7,600m2 of Corus Kalzip PVF2 colour coated standing seam aluminium roofing was split over five roof areas. Corus membrane lined guttering along with a bespoke designed secret fix aluminium soffit and bullnose fascias system where also installed to each building.

Due to the high level of security required for this project, alongside the associated design and development prerequisites, made this an interesting and challenging project for our KGM roofing team.
