Project Description

This strip and re-sheet refurbishment project phased over a period of 3 years uses KGM's on-site expertise and knowledge.

After stripping the existing fibre cement roofing, KGM installed Kingspan composite roof panelling and Brett Martin GRP rooflights, upgrading the roof so that it complies with current part L2 of the Building Regulations as well as giving the client a manufacturers guarantee lasting 15 years for the products we installed.

The installation procedure means KGM using 'crashdeck' technology, which enables production to continue during the re-roofing works.

Remedial works were carried out in phased installation periods to suit the clients requirements.
