Project Description

A major refurbishment project for KGM to completely strip off nearly 3093m2 of roof consisting of a combination of slate, close boarding, glass rooflights and steel walkways and replace with new Kingspan composite roof and rooflight panels.

In order to ensure the factory remained operational throughout, our experienced team were able to schedule the roof strip and new installation on a bay by bay process. The programme of works prevented any exposure of the inside of the building to the external elements and also permitted business to continue as normal during the refurbishment.
