Project Description

Eminox was a refurbishment project for Lindum Construction, which involved stripping off the existing asbestos panels, replacing the purlins and respraying the steel work frame. The new cladding was site assembled with a twin skin roof and wall cladding applied to the production facility under current building regulations.

The office block at the front was a new build extension to the existing frame, this was built using Kingspan architectural wall panelling and a Topdeck roof.
