Project Description

This strip and re-sheet refurbishment roofing project carried out by KGM utilised our team’s on-site expertise and knowledge.

After stripping the existing fibre cement roofing, KGM installed Kingspan KS1000RW composite roof panelling and KS1000DLTR polycarbonate roof lights, upgrading the roof so that it complies with current part L2 of the Building Regulations as well as giving the client a 15 year manufacturer’s guarantee on the products installed.

As the installation operation took place on a ‘live’ site KGM used 'crashdeck' technology which enabled production to continue throughout the re-roofing works.

Remedial works were carried out in phased installation periods to suit the client’s requirements.
