The construction of three new buildings by Marbank Construction to create a warehouse unit and a depot for Travis Perkins and Screwfix.

KGM were appointed to complete the associated roofing and cladding works.

For the roof we installed CA TwinTherm site assembled insulated twin-skin roof system with barrel-vault rooflights
and for the walls we used CA TwinTherm site assembled insulated twin-skin wall system with Tata TrimaPanel architectural wall composite wall panels. All products installed have a 25 year manufacturer backed guarantee.
