Project Description

KGM where appointed by Warwick Burt Construction to install the complete cladding envelope to the new headquarters building for Okay Engineering in Desborough. The project required the management of a range of different products that needed careful coordination.

KGM provided the entire external envelope solution to comply with the current Part L2 Building Regulations.

Site assembled twin skin roof cladding was installed, with a membrane lined composite guttering in a concealed Eaves polyester powder coated aluminium bullnose fascia and soffit arrangement.

On the walls KGM installed both site assembled twin skin wall cladding and micro-ribbed composite wall cladding complete with associated trims.
