Project Description

A Lindum Group project, with KGM employed as the roofing and cladding contractor for the award winning Lincolnshire engineering company Greenray.

A high specification office building and additional 10,000 sq ft warehousing facility provides Greenray with a single site for all their operation.

The three storey office premises is a traditional building with a modern twist in line with the clients requirements -
masonry, wall cladding, curtain walling and a traditional pitched roof. The cladding design incorporated the use of Kingspan's architectural wall panel and Benchmark's Recessed Fixed Cassette Rainscreen system.

The separate warehouse building is constructed from a steel frame and Kingspan composite cladding with internal office space.

The development was highly commended in the Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards 2017.
