Project Description

This purpose built two storey medical centre by Lindum Construction for One Medical Group contains a wide range of facilities for use by patients, GPs, Practise Admistrators and other Health Professionals along with a separate pharmacy.

The construction of the building comprises of a steel frame with block work cavity walls with the exterior finishes including cedar cladding to the elevations. The roof design incorporates timber roof trusses, insulated roof panels on a top hat system, hot air welded rubberoid membrane and lead roll look-a-like detail. Fascia, gutters, soffits and downpipes are powder coated metal.
