Project Description

The Bennet Building constructed in partnership with SDC Builders used many of the prestigious suppliers which KGM have close relationships with. The 1,450m2 Kalzip curved and tapered standing seam aluminium main roof was made complete by TATA membrane lined guttering enclosed within a secret fixed aluminium soffit and fascia system.

Systems Installed: Kalzip Standing Seam aluminium roofing system, CA Group Prime V Rainscreen system and Sika Sarnafil flat roofing system

This project won the prestigious TeamKal 2015 Best Project Under 1500m2 Award.
