A Lindum Group project built in partnership with the Driving Standards Authority, to provide them with a new and modern testing facility.

KGM provded the entire external envelope solution to comply ith the current Part L2 Building Regulations.

Compostie roof cladding was installed, with a membrane lined composite guttering in a concealed Eaves polyester powder coated aluminium bullnose fascia and soffit arrangement.

On the walls KGM installed optically flat composite wall cladding complete with fully integrated louvres, doors and windows.
